Senior Data Scientist for Innovative Digital Product (m/f/d)

Tasks
  • Build and enhance the data foundation for a new, innovative digital product, ensuring it meets the needs of our users and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate data sources and lead the development of robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, integrity, and reliable interfaces.
  • Own the full analytical process, from forming hypotheses and running tests to conducting in-depth data analysis.
  • Code and deploy your own data models to solve key data and product challenges.
  • Continuously improve data processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Work closely with diverse stakeholders and team members in a dynamic, agile environment, bridging the gap between data, product, and business needs.
Requirements
  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a data science role
  • Comfortable performing complex analyses using Python, familiarity with agents for LLMs is a plus
  • Strong background in statistics and statistical methods, with the ability to apply these skills effectively in real-world scenarios
  • Solid experience in building data pipelines and understanding data architecture principles
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
